Once a physical sample is approved, no further structural or graphic changes are needed — the same specifications simply scale from a single unit to your full order quantity. This is also the point where a custom quote is finalized against your confirmed design, since final pricing depends on the exact material, dimensions, and finishing choices validated during sampling. Because your production run is built from the same specifications your sample was approved against, there should be no surprises between what you evaluated and what arrives at full volume.

We build 3D mockups as a standard part of every project, not a premium add-on, and offer physical samples on a fast three-to-five business day turnaround so prototyping doesn't stall your launch timeline. Our low minimum order quantities also mean a small sample run is genuinely proportionate to your project size rather than requiring a disproportionately large minimum just to see a physical unit.

Every sample is built by the same production team and equipment used for full-scale runs, not a separate prototyping shop using different tooling. That matters because it means the fold behavior, print reproduction, and material feel you evaluate in your sample is genuinely representative of what your full order will deliver, rather than an approximation made under different conditions.
