Custom Box Center may update this Site and these Terms of Use at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so we recommend reviewing this page periodically. Neither Custom Box Center nor its officers, directors, or employees are liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site.

All content on customboxcenter.com — including text, graphics, photography, and design assets — is the property of Custom Box Center and protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, or republishing this content without written permission is prohibited.

Because every packaging order is manufactured to unique specifications — size, material, printing method, finishing, and quantity — quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the quote and are subject to change. Pricing is not guaranteed to hold until payment terms are agreed and the order is confirmed. We communicate any pricing changes before proceeding to production.

You are solely responsible for any artwork, logos, text, or imagery you submit for use in your packaging. By submitting content, you confirm you either own it or hold the necessary permissions and licenses, and that its use does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights. Placing an order confirms you are authorized to do so and that you are granting Custom Box Center the rights needed to produce and supply your packaging.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information, artwork, and specifications submitted with your order. Content submitted through the Site must not be indecent, unlawful, or infringing on the rights of Custom Box Center or any third party. We reserve the right to remove or decline to produce any content that violates these terms and may disclose information where required by law, to enforce these terms, or to protect the rights and safety of Custom Box Center, our customers, or the public.

File Specifications

Artwork should be submitted in CMYK/PMS color mode at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Custom Box Center is not responsible for color shifts that occur when converting PMS files to CMYK, nor for blurred or pixelated results caused by low-resolution source files.

Proof Approval

Production begins only after you approve a final proof reflecting your specifications. You are responsible for reviewing the proof for spelling, layout, position, and design accuracy — this is your opportunity to catch errors before they enter manufacturing. Custom Box Center is not responsible for errors present in an approved proof that were not flagged prior to production.

We work to match the color of your approved artwork as closely as possible, but printing techniques, press conditions, substrate, and lamination can all affect final color output, and exact color matching cannot be guaranteed on standard proofs. Customers requiring guaranteed color accuracy may request a hardcopy proof for an additional fee; digital proofs confirm layout, text, and image positioning rather than final ink density.

Standard paper and board stocks used in production are not certified food-grade unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing before your order is placed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Box Center, its partners, employees, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from content, artwork, or materials you submitted for production, or from any breach of these Terms of Use.

Orders that reach you outside of approved specifications due to a production or material error on our end are eligible for a free reprint once reported within three working days of delivery. Full details on the claims process are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Orders can be canceled before shipment, but cancellation fees apply based on how far production has progressed:

• Order placed, no design work started: $15 plus 12% of the order total, covering payment processing and administrative costs.
• Design or prepress work has begun: a minimum of 18% of the order total plus $15, covering design services rendered.
• Printing or production has started: 50% of the order total is retained to cover production costs already incurred.
• Order has shipped or been collected by the carrier: cancellation is no longer possible.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site.
